Presenting… BPF Leutenant! HELL yeah! An upscale of the Voyager class War for Cybertron: Siege Ultra Magnus. I LOVE this guy. He is one of my favourite figures. I love how chunky and hefty he is. He does not seem to actually have any diecast, but the combined volume of him and his armour do overall give him a significant amount of heft. The articulation is decent enough for a Leader upscale. The only oddity for me was the not quite 90 degree knee bend. I think there were some gap fillers utilised here, though the only ones I can tell myself are shoulder pylons. The guy looks and feels absolutely bad-ass! The weapons can slot into several spots on the armour, opening up possibilities to several pretty damn cool looking configurations. Had a bit of a struggle taking off the armour the first time, especially with one of the vam races, as the peg that held it to the forearm was so tight, it left plastic shaving behind when I pried it off; I even ended up scoring the forearm slightly. Luckily it is barely noticeable. The transformation of the “core” figure is pretty easy and fun, but THAT. BLOODY. TRAILER! … Look, clearly this was originally a design with very specific scale in mind, and when blown up like this, it opens itself up to potential problems. The amount of things that need to be put together in tandem at this size, is just an unwieldy mess of an experience. The final result, though, almost makes it worth it. The vehicle mode is just a wonder to behold, especially at this scale. Again, there are some options for weapon slotting. My copy does have a bit of a… let’s call it boat bottom… where the whole bottom of the vehicle comes together as a bit of a curve, but that is more of a minor gripe. Some of the best 35 USD I ever spent 8/10 big, gorgeous hunk

EXCELLENT quality. While several video reviews online mention loose knee joints, mine has no loose joints whatsoever. He's just barely a *little* too large to look *perfectly* at home on the CHUG shelf, but he fits in well enough. And on his own merits, it was always an excellent underlying design, and this execution feels 100% worth the price!
